Rattene fra Exit Carbon er ekstremt lette og solide. De blir bygget i ett stykke med state of the art teknologi og de beste materialer. Det benyttes en autoclave med 7 bar trykk og 120° C. Ratt med følgende diameter er tilgjengelige: 935 mm, 1050 mm, 1200 mm, 1640 mm, 1720 mm og 1840 mm. Rattene bygges med senternav tilpasset den aktuelle produsent av styresystemet. Rattene produseres i Italia etter bestilling. Regn ca 4-6 ukers leveringstid. Vi tar kontakt for å finne riktige dimensjoner og utforming på navet.

Built with Exit Engineering's patented continuous shell method, the wheel comes out of the mould in one piece, so there is no gluing of separate parts nor kevlar in it (Patented Wheels EP 1 755 869 B1).
The result is a single, hugely strong piece of autoclave cured prepreg carbon fibre at high temperature (7 bar) and high pressure (120° C).

Each wheel is then individually tested with a force at least 50% higher than the worst case certification load.
